Narración autobiográfica y autoría de las mujeres en el exilio: recorridos y perspectivas
This international congress examines autobiographical writing and female authorship in Spanish exile initiated by the Civil War of 1936–1939 and prolonged under the Franco dictatorship. It brings together comparative perspectives on how rupture and forced mobility reshape autobiographical narration, alongside methodological reflections on the approaches through which questions of self-inscription and female authorial agency in exile can be addressed.
The congress will be held in Spanish and is organised within the DFG project “Autobiographical Narration and Female Authorship in Spanish Exile after 1936” (No. 558855229). Participation is possible both in person in Wuppertal and online.
