Understanding headache disorders: Neurologist Dagny Holle-Lee talks about migraine and modern treatment options

Migraines and other headache disorders are among the most common neurological conditions. On 15 July at the university of Wuppertal, neurologist and headache specialist Prof. Dr Dagny Holle-Lee will explain the underlying causes, the available treatment options and how those affected can better manage their daily lives. The event begins at 6.30 pm in Building K, Lecture Hall 33, and is open to both university staff and members of the public.

As well as giving a specialist talk, Dagny Holle-Lee will read from her book *Migräne Doc*, in which she presents medical information in an accessible way and offers practical insights into managing migraines. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in conversation with the speaker.

Dagny Holle-Lee is one of the leading experts in the field of headache medicine. In her talk, the director of the West German Headache and Vertigo Centre at Essen University Hospital will share the latest findings from research and clinical practice and highlight the progress made in diagnosis and treatment in recent years.
