The emergency consultation service run by the ‘Specialists and Business Services’ team is now taking place once again at the Haus der Integration (HdI), Friedrich-Engels-Allee 28, 42103 Wuppertal. All matters relating to residence permits in connection with employment and training are dealt with there.
Consultation hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 11.30 am
- Additionally on Thursdays: 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Target group:
- People with a language level of at least B1
- People who do not receive benefits from the Jobcentre
- People requiring support with employment, training or qualifications
The advice service not only covers issues relating to residence permits, but also provides support on all matters concerning entering the world of work or training – for example, job searching, applications, career guidance or referral to suitable support services.
