On both days from 11.30 am to 9 pm, the Grifflenberg campus will be a meeting place for connoisseurs, prospective students and anyone who wants to find out about their future career and get a taste of campus life.
Open Campus Days - experience the university
Visitors - young and old, with friends and family - can experience science up close and discover the diversity of the university. As part of the Open Campus Days, anyone who is curious can find out more about studying at the University of Wuppertal and experience everyday life at the university at the same time.
The faculties provide initial insights into studies and research and invite you to join in - with interactive activities, exciting experiments and a wide range of insights into lecture halls, laboratories, projects and all degree programmes. For example, the school of mechanical engineering and safety engineering will be demonstrating fire tests, the school of art and design will be offering various creative activities and the School of Education will be organising an escape game called "Mission Lehramt". There are also guided tours of the campus.
Streetfood@Campus festival - culinary delights meet campus life
The Streetfood@Campus festival awaits between the discovery tours: a diverse selection of food trucks offers well-known classics, surprising new creations and flavours from all over the world - there is something for everyone. Guests can discover new food trends, find their favourite dishes, try vegetarian and vegan specials and experience international cuisine on site.
Further information and the programme can be found on the event website.
