Orientation
Every semester starts with a so-called "Orientation Week" ("O-Week") for first-year students. During the first days of their studies, first-year students are given an insight into the structure of the University of Wuppertal, go on a campus tour to find their way around in the future and make first contacts with fellow students. They are usually welcomed and supervised by students from higher semesters and the student council of their faculty.
The orientation week for the summer semester 2022 starts on 04.04.2022.
StudiLöwe is the central registration and student portal of the University of Wuppertal. It is used by students to organise and manage their studies. Here they can update their contact details, print out required study certificates and find out about course offerings and lectures and register accordingly.
Prospective students with German educational certificates can also use the portal to apply to study at Bergische Universität.
