Committee elections 2025: Your vote counts - from 2 to 4 December

Locations of the polling stations:
- Grifflenberg campus: Building B, Level 06, Room 01
- Freudenberg campus: Building FME 01.04
- Haspel campus: Building HD (ground floor)
To be elected:
- 24 members of the Senate, including 12 university lecturers, 4 academic staff, 4 technical and administrative staff and 4 students
- 15 members each from Faculties 1 to 8 and the Council of the Institute of Educational Research, including 8 university lecturers, 2 academic staff, 2 technical and administrative staff and 3 students
The representatives of the member groups in the Senate, the Faculty Councils and the Council of the Institute for Educational Research are elected separately by the respective groups. One group each is formed by
- the university lecturers,
- the academic staff,
- the technical and administrative staff and
- the students.
The term of office of the elected members is two years.

Information on postal voting
Postal voting documents can be requested from Mr Grünewald(gruenewald[at]uni-wuppertal.de) at the election office until 26 November 2025 at 3 pm. You can find the application form here.
Submission of postal voting documents:
The election letters with the written ballot must be submitted to the election office by the end of the election period on 04/12/2025 at 3 pm.
