UW Guest House – for meetings and visits
After extensive refurbishment, the former officers' mess of the Oberst Höppner barracks was reopened as the University Guest House in 1996.
Today its three public spaces – seminar room, lobby and chimney lounge – are used for a wide variety of meetings and events. In addition, the ground and first floor contain a total of 8 apartments regularly let to visiting professors and lecturers.
